What this app is
Stengerunden is a closing-round and cabin-book tool for a Norwegian family hytte — the fjellhytte or sjøhytte one family shares. It records who closed the cabin, what was set, the seasonal jobs, the supplies and the stays written into the cabin's own log. It runs entirely on the phone of whoever opens or closes the door and does not connect to a backend of ours.
Data we collect
None We — the developer — do not collect, receive, transmit or have access to any information from this app. There is no server that the app talks to, no account to create, no analytics software development kit and no advertising identifier of any kind.
Data stored on your device
The app saves what you enter so the cabin's rounds, supplies, jobs and log are there the next time anyone opens it. All of it stays inside the app's own local storage on your device:

None of this is readable by us, by other apps, or by anyone else. It is removed automatically if you delete the app.
Camera and photo library
The app asks for camera access and photo library access so you can attach a photo to a finished upkeep job (staining the walls, the chimney sweep, the turf roof and so on) or to a page in the Cabin Log. Photos you take or pick are saved only inside the app; the app never uploads them anywhere on its own. You choose photos through Apple's standard picker, so the app only ever sees the image you explicitly select.
Notifications
If you turn on a closing-day reminder or a job reminder, the app asks for permission and schedules a local notification on your device at that moment. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device; no notification content is sent to any server.
Sharing
When you choose to share a round receipt, a stay or the Cabin Card, the app hands that text or image to the system share sheet. What happens after that (printing it, sending it by message or email, saving it to Files) is entirely up to you and the app or service you pick. We never see it.
Tracking
None This app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and it contains no third-party advertising or analytics libraries.
Children's privacy
Stengerunden is a household tool for whoever opens or closes the cabin and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, because it does not collect information at all.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example if a future version adds an optional feature that does collect data — this page will be updated and the in-app privacy note (Settings → Privacy) will describe the change. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
